Rates/Insurance

Private Sessions: 

• Nora is a private pay provider at this time.  

• Rates are comparable to other private practice providers within the region.

• You are recommended to call your insurance company to inquire about speech and language services being covered.  Nora can provide you with a “superbill” to submit to your insurance company on request for potential reimbursement.

Why No Insurance?

• So I can provide the therapy sessions at the length and duration that YOU need, rather than what an insurance company dictates.  

• Some insurance companies, such as medicare, do not reimburse for telepractice.  

• Insurance companies do not cover singing therapy.  

• Private insurance copays and satisfying your deductibles can add up.  Ultimately, your cost going through insurance may be more expensive than my private rates.

• Insurance companies may choose to deny services after you have completed your speech therapy care.
